At a time when a perfect pipe score is posted at the X-Games and pushing past double corks is death defying and risking permanent injuries (ask Kevin Pearce) robbing people of the sport they love, when corporate sponsorship has taken a sport to the sickly sweet mainstream, far from its roots in subculture, subversion and pushing against the flow, it’s the right time for a new option. An option where the tricks are yet to be discovered, where they are yet to be tagged by individuals, a release for new creative expression where there are no rules.

We love snowboarding, we are not competing against it, we are just opening a door to something new.

Look at where skateboarding came from, the changes this culture and attitude has made over the decades.
